摘  要:论文基于可雇佣性就业能力的自我感知视角,研究保留工资在影响高职毕业生可雇佣性就业影响中的中介效应。研究结果表明:高职毕业生获取职业技能证书对可雇佣性就业能力的影响并不显著,保留工资不存在中介效应。原因是因为职业技能证书通过率过高,并不能给高职毕业生带来“自我感知”的相对优势。获取奖学金、参与职业技能比赛、参与创新创业比赛和担任学生干部4个方面对高职毕业生的可雇佣性就业能力的影响显著,保留工资在这种影响中存在中介效应。Based on the self-perceived perspective of employability and employability,this thesis studies the mediating effect of retained wages in affecting the employability and employment of vocational graduates.The research results show that the effect of obtaining vocational skills certificates on employability of higher vocational graduates is not significant,and there is no mediating effect in retaining wages.The reason is that the passing rate of vocational skills certificates is too high,which does not bring the relative advantage of“self-perception”to higher vocational graduates.Obtaining scholarships,participating in vocational skills competitions,participating in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,and serving as student leaders have significant effects on the employability of higher vocational graduates,and retained wages have a mediating effect in this effect.
