摘 要:为了实现果园运输机械化,解决果园运输成本高的问题,以福建蜜柚果园为研究对象,对轻简化可拆式果园运输轨道结构进行设计,并对轨道结构进行仿真分析和承载力试验,最后测试轨道的运输效果.结果表明,运输160 kg蜜柚时,运输机在可拆式轨道上运行平稳,能够满足45°爬坡角度的设计要求,可适用于丘陵山地果园的运输.In order to reduce orchard transport cost by means of mechanized transport system in hilly and mountainous areas,the structure of a common light simplified and detachable transport track was optimized and tested in Fujian Honey Pomelo Orchard.Simulation analysis and bearing capacity test of the track structure were conducted and then the transport effect of the track was evaluated.Test results showed that the conveyor ran smoothly on the detachable track when carrying 160 kg honey pomelo,and it climbed steadily at a 45°upslope,which met the requirement of transport system in hilly and mountainous areas.
