体育高职院校服务社会现状与对策研究——以福建体育职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：如今的体育高职院校发展迅速,服务社会的职能和模式也向着多样化方向发展,但在思想观念转变、法规体制建设、地方政府支持以及服务社会有效性方等方面还存在一定问题。体育高职院校应明确自身发展定位,发挥专业优势,增强服务社会意识,深化校地校企联动,创新服务模式,健全评价体系与激励机制,进而提升体育高职院校的社会服务能力。Today’s sports vocational colleges are developing rapidly,and the functions and modes of serving the society are also developing in a diversified direction.However,there are still certain problems in the transformation of ideological concepts,the construction of laws and regulations,the support of local governments,and the effectiveness of serving the society.Sports vocational colleges should clarify their own development positioning,give full play to their professional advantages,enhance the awareness of serving the society,deepen school-local school-enterprise linkage,innovate service models,improve evaluation systems and incentive mechanisms,and then enhance the social service capabilities of sports vocational colleges.
