摘 要:风电和光伏的大规模并网,使得配电系统和各类负荷的运行稳定性明显降低。为降低可再生能源接入的不利影响,提出考虑多类型负荷及风光不确定性的配电网优化规划方法。利用仿射数模型降低分布式电源预测的不确定性;结合各类负荷的静态电压特性,建立各类负荷相应的幂函数模型,提出以电压波动和网络损耗最小为目标函数的规划模型;然后,采用自适应遗传算法进行模型求解;最后,在改进的IEEE-33节点的系统上进行仿真分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。The large-scale integration of wind power and photovoltaic has significantly reduced the operation stability of distribution network and multi-type load.To reduce the adverse effects of renewable energy access,an optimal planning method for distribution network considering the multi-type load and uncertainties in wind power and photovoltaic is put forward.First,the uncertainties in forecasting the distributed generation(DG)is reduced by an affine number model.Second,combined with the static voltage characteristics of multi-type load,the corresponding power function models of multi-type load are established,based on which a planning model is proposed with the minimum voltage fluctuation and network loss as its objective function.Afterwards,the adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve the proposed model.Finally,an improved IEEE 33-node system is simulated and analyzed,and results demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
