摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情背景下,文章回顾和总结我国住院医师规范化培训制度中医学人文教育的现状,首次提出在全社会对医学人文价值日渐重视的疫情背景下,抓住机遇提升医学人文教育体系建设的新观点,分析医学人文教育的理念、目标,提出健全和完善住院医师规范化培训中医学人文教育的举措,并对后疫情时代我国医学人文教育与医学技术教育相辅相成的推进关系做出展望。Under the background of COVID-19 pandemic,this paper reviewed and summarized the current situation of medical humanistic education of systemic resident training in China,and for the first time proposed a new viewpoint of grasping opportunity to improve construction of medical humanistic education system with social attention to medical humanistic values day by day.The concept,goal,improvement methods,evaluation system,and teacher training of medical humanistic education were summarized and discussed in this paper.Besides,the interdependent relationship between the promotion of medical humanistic education quantity and the improvement of medical technology levels is also discussed in the post-pandemic era.
