无托槽隐形矫正技术在成人口腔正畸中推磨牙向后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨无托槽隐形矫正技术在成人口腔正畸中推磨牙向后的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月期间在本院进行口腔正畸治疗的80例成人患者,采用简单随机抽样分为对照组(40例)和隐形组(40例)。2组均在口腔正畸中实施推磨牙向后,隐形组采取无托槽隐形矫正技术,对照组采用金属托槽直丝弓矫治器,对比2组矫正效果、矫正速度、满意度、不良反应、拔牙与不拔牙等情况。结果隐形组正畸治疗中不拔牙矫正率(95%,38/40)显著高于对照组(70%,28/40),隐形组矫正满意度评分(72±6)显著高于对照组(57±4),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治技术具有舒适度高、美观度好、满意度高等优点。病例中不拔牙矫正优于传统矫治技术。Objective To assess the value of bracket-free invisible correction technique for backward retraction of molar teeth in adults.Methods A total of 80 adult patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital between February 2018 and February 2019 were included and randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the invisible orthodontics group(n=40).The patients underwent backward retraction of the molars as part of orthodontic treatment,using bracket-free invisible orthodontic technique(invisible orthodontics group)or metal bracket with straight wire appliance(control group).The two groups were compared for the outcomes of correction,correction time,patient satisfaction,adverse events and tooth extraction.Results The rate of non-extraction orthodontic treatment in the invisible orthodontics group(95%,38/40)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70%,28/40),so was the rating of patient satisfaction for orthodontic treatment in the invisible orthodontics group(72±6)compared with the control group(57±4),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Bracket-free invisible orthodontics technique results in favorable comfort,good aesthetics,and high satisfaction for the patients.For borderline cases of extraction in adults with grade-Ⅱ crowding teeth,use of non-extraction orthodontic technique may offer better outcomes than conventional orthodontic practice.
