摘  要:随着人口数量不断增加,可利用耕地面积逐年减少,土壤盐渍化日趋严重,作物种植范围不断缩小,土壤盐碱化已成为影响农作物产量提升的一个主要限制因素。本文综述了植物耐盐机理研究、耐盐相关基因克隆及其在基因工程中的应用等方面的最新研究进展,并对耐盐转基因植物应用前景进行了展望,为耐盐转基因植物育种提供参考依据。With the continuous increase of population, the available arable land area is decreasing year by year, soil salinization is becoming more and more serious, the range of crop planting is shrinking, and soil salinization has become a major limiting factor affecting the increase of crop yield. In this paper, the latest advances in the research on the mechanism of plant salt tolerance, the cloning of salt-related genes and their applications in genetic engineering were reviewed, and the application prospect of salt tolerant transgenic plants was also prospected in order to provide reference for the breeding of salt tolerance transgenic plants.
