摘　　要：脑梗死又称缺血性卒中,是急性脑血管病中最常见的类型。因具有发生率较高及预后较差的特点,其治疗成为临床关注的热点。脑梗死现有治疗方法包括溶栓治疗、抗血小板聚集治疗、抗凝治疗等,而对于急性期患者,因传统抗凝药物导致的高出血风险,使是否立即应用抗凝药物一直存有争议。阿加曲班作为一种新型凝血酶抑制剂,起效迅速,出血倾向低。本文对其与常见抗血小板药物阿司匹林联合治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及研究进展做一综述。Cerebral infarction,also known as ischemic stroke,is the most common type of acute cerebrovascular disease.Be⁃cause of its high incidence rate and poor prognosis,its treatment has become a hot spot of clinical attention.The existing treatment methods for cerebral infarction include thrombolytic therapy,antiplatelet aggregation therapy,anticoagulant therapy,etc.However,for patients in the acute stage,the high blood risk caused by traditional anticoagulant drugs makes it controversial whether to apply antico⁃agulant drugs immediately.As a new thrombin inhibitor,argatroban has a rapid onset and low bleeding tendency.Based on this,this paper reviewed the efficacy and research progress of Aspirin combined with common antiplatelet drug Aspirin in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
