摘　　要：抗体及副肿瘤综合征相关的运动障碍越来越被重视,其症状的出现对诊断具有一定的提示意义,而症状多样性常被忽视。本文综述了肿瘤有关的抗体与运动障碍的关系,这些运动障碍除副肿瘤性共济失调、眼阵挛-肌阵挛综合征外,还包括舞蹈症、肌张力障碍、震颤、快动眼睡眠行为障碍、僵人综合征和帕金森综合征等常见的运动障碍。这类运动障碍可理解为自身免疫性相关的运动障碍,增加其认识,有助于对抗体、肿瘤及副肿瘤综合征的临床诊治。Antibodies and paraneoplastic syndrome-related movement disorders have been paid more and more attention by ev⁃eryone.The appearance of their symptoms has certain prompting significance for diagnosis,and the diversity of symptoms is often ig⁃nored by everyone.This article reviews the relationship between tumor-related antibodies and movement disorders.In addition to para⁃neoplastic ataxia,opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome,these include common movement disorders such as chorea,dystonia,tremor,and REM behavior disorder,stiff person syndrome and Parkinson’s syndrome,etc.For this type of movement disorder,we can understand it as autoimmune-related movement disorder.Increasing the understanding of this type of movement disorder will help the clinical diagnosis and treatment of antibodies,tumors and paraneoplastic syndromes.
