摘  要:稳就业是“六稳”之首,如何妥善做好退役士兵这一庞大特殊群体的就业安置,直接关系到社会的和谐稳定及国防军队的建设。通过立足供给需求平衡、理论实践结合的视角,针对退役士兵就业需求特点,理论分析高职院校开展退役士兵职业技能教育培训的目标导向。结合J职业技术学院实践及退役士兵成功就业案例,实证剖析当前教育培训存在的薄弱环节,挖掘核心关键因素,进而提出“一体两翼”构建退役士兵职业教育的新路径,即以搭建退役士兵就业综合服务平台为主体,以培育创业创新力和提升就业竞争力为两翼。Stable employment is the first of the“six stabilities”.How to properly settle the employment and resettlement of retired soldiers,a huge special group,is directly related to the harmony and stability of society and the construction of national defense army.Based on the balance of supply and demand and the combination of theory and practice,this paper theoretically analyzes the goal orientation of vocational skills education and training for retired soldiers in higher vocational colleges according to the characteristics of employment demand of retired soldiers.Combined with the practice of J vocational and technical college and the successful employment cases of retired soldiers,this paper empirically analyzes the weak links in current education and training,and excavates the core key factors.Then it puts forward a new path of“one body with two wings”to build vocational education for retired soldiers,that is,to build a comprehensive employment service platform for retired soldiers as the main body,and take the cultivation of entrepreneurship and innovation and enhance employment competitiveness as the two wings.
