摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议不仅带动了沿线国家的经济发展,也推进了来华留学交流。来华留学人员激增加快了我国教育国际化和高水平大学建设进程,同时也对高校的教学和管理提出了更高要求和新的挑战。分析高校来华留学生管理工作中存在的问题,探索解决对策,推动留学生的管理和高校国际教育事业的发展。The Belt and Road Initiative not only drives the economic development of countries along the belt and road,but also promotes the exchange of students in China.The surge of overseas students in China has accelerated the internationalization of China′s education and the construction of high-level universities.At the same time,it has put forward higher requirements and new challenges for the teaching and management in colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of international students and explores the countermeasures to promote the management level and the development of international education in colleges and universities.
