摘 要:教学质量考核评价是保障各高校教师教学质量的重要途径之一,是推动新工科教育改革和工程类人才质量提升的重要保障机制。然而,传统的工程类教师教学质量评价机制存在重“教”轻“学”、指标针对性不强、评价主体“走过场”、指标体系不健全等问题。基于新工科建设对高校工程类人才培养提出的新要求,从教师发展性评价、教学目标设置、教学成果考核、评价主体机制建设、持续改进机制构建五个方面提出了一种面向工程类人才培养的全过程教学质量评价体系,以期为提升高校工程类科技人才的培养质量提供新思路。Teaching quality assessment is one of the important ways to guarantee the teaching quality of universities,and it is an important guarantee mechanism to promote the reform of“Emerging Engineering Education”education and the improvement of the quality of engineering talents.However,the traditional teaching quality evaluation system for engineering teachers has some problems such as emphasizing“teaching”rather than“learning”,indicators are not well-targeted,the evaluation subjects are usually perfunctory,the index system is not comprehensive,and the applicability of evaluation results is insufficient.Based on the new requirements of the“Emerging Engineering Education”for the training of engineering talents,this article proposes a teaching quality evaluation system for the cultivation of engineering talents from five aspects:teacher development evaluation,teaching goal setting,teaching achievement assessment,evaluation mechanism construction,and continuous improvement mechanism.And the whole-process teaching quality evaluation system is expected to provide new ideas for improving the quality of engineering scientific and technological talents in universities.
