树立诚信观念 增强法律意识——“食品添加剂”课程思政的教学探索

摘　　要：“课程思政”是思想政治教育的新理念,是新时代社会主义现代教育观,它要求教师把思想政治教育融入高校课堂教学中,实现立德树人、教育润物无声。“食品添加剂”是一门关于食品添加剂的化学结构、理化性质、作用机理、毒理学、使用范围、用法用量的课程。选取了三例影响重大的食品添加剂安全事件,并将这些事例润物无声地融入教学中,从树立诚信观念和增强法律意识等方面开展思想政治教学的实践与探索,实现教书与育人的有机融合。“Curriculum ideological and political education”is a new idea of ideological and political education,as well as a curriculum view of socialist modern education in the new era,it requires teachers to integrate ideological and political education into every link of classroom teaching in colleges and universities,in order to cultivate people with virtue silently.Food Additive is a course about its chemical structure,physical and chemical properties,mechanism of action,toxicology,application range,dosage and usage.In this paper,three important safety incidents on food additive were analyzed,and these examples are silently integrated into the teaching,in order to carry on the exploration and practice of ideological and political teaching from establishing the concept of integrity and enhancing the legal consciousness,achieve the organic integration of teaching and education.
