校企合作下的机械类专业实践教学新模式构建

摘　　要：实践教学是培养学生掌握机械工程专业知识和提升工程实践能力的重要教学活动,以西安理工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业卓越工程师班的实习教学环节为研究内容,依托科研合作企业平台,校、企共建卓越工程师实践教学基地;融合管理与激励机制,组建校企指导实践教学教师团队;共同定制实践教学内容,构建了以"定制化""拟实化""实景化""互动化"为特色的线上实习教学新模式,为后疫情时代探索线上线下相结合的混合实践教学新模式,提供了新途径。Practical teaching is an important teaching activity to train students to master mechanical engineering professional knowledge and improve their practical ability in engineering.In this paper,Xi’an University of Technology mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional engineer class of the internship teaching link as the content of research,Relying on the platform of scientific research cooperation enterprises,schools and enterprises to build a practical teaching base for outstanding engineers;Integrate management and incentive mechanism,set up schools,enterprises to guide the practice of teaching teachers team;Co-tailoring the content of practical teaching,and constructing a new model of online practice teaching featuring"customized""realistic""realistic"and"interactive",It provides a new way for the new model of mixed practice teaching combining online and offline exploration in the post-epidemic era.
