摘　　要：设计性实验教学是培养学生实践能力和创新意识的重要途径。阐述了广西中医药大学中药炮制学实验中设计性实验的具体教学内容、教学模式、实施效果及体会。通过开设4个设计性实验选题,选题立足于不同炮制工艺、方法对中药饮片质量的影响,由学生根据选题提出研究问题、设计实验方案、自行制备炮制品开展实验、解决问题。结果表明,此次设计性实验取得了较好的教学效果。通过实验能够培养学生的科研思维和创新能力,提高学生的实践能力和综合技能,增强学生的专业认同感。Designing experiment teaching is an important way to cultivate students’practical ability and innovation consciousness.This paper expounds the teaching content,teaching mode,implementation effect and experience of the design experiment in the Processing of Chinese Materia experiment in our school.By offering four design experiment topics,the topics were based on the influence of different processing techniques and methods on the quality of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces.Students proposed research questions according to the top-ics,designed experimental schemes,prepared processed products by themselves to carry out experiments and solve problems.The result showed that this designed experiment has achieved good teaching effect.Experiments can cultivate students’scientific research thinking and innovation ability,improve students’practical ability and comprehensive skills,and enhance students’sense of professional identity.
