高校新生入学教育现状分析及对策研究——基于黑龙江高校大学生的调查

摘　　要：入学教育是引导高校新生踏入大学校门的第一步,高质量的入学教育能帮助新生尽快适应角色转变,对其未来的学习和生活产生重要影响。通过对黑龙江省部分高校大学生进行问卷调查和访谈的基础上,分析当前高校新生入学教育现状及存在的问题,提出了统筹安排协调联动、适当延长入学教育时间,利用网络新媒体创新入学教育载体,选择合理的入学教育内容满足新生实际需求,与社会教育、家庭教育相结合形成教育合力,加强寝室层面教育、发挥同侪互助作用等对策和建议。Freshmen orientation is the first step to guide college freshmen to enter the university.High quality freshmen orientation can help college students adapt to the role change as soon as possible,which has an important impact on their future study and life.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview of some college students in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of freshmen orientation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as overall arrangement and coordination,appropriately extending the time of freshmen orientation,using the network new media to innovate the carrier of freshmen orientation,selecting reasonable content of freshmen orientation to meet the actual needs of freshmen,combining social education and family education to form a joint force of education,strengthening dormitory level education,and playing the role of peer assistance.
