摘　　要：基于浏阳市宅基地"三权分置"改革的348份农户调查问卷,从支持度、参与度、满意度三方面探寻农户响应行为的区域分异规律,通过有序Probit模型分析农户响应程度的影响因素,结果表明:(1)农户响应总体情况较好,依城中村、近郊、远郊大致呈反距离衰减特征;(2)对农户总体响应程度产生正向显著影响的因素有带来收入增长、政策宣传意愿、改革总体成效、使用权流转形式,产生显著负向影响的因素有农户性别、家庭年收入、住房用地来源、样本村社距离、补偿机制选择、文化程度、政策了解程度、生活变化预期;(3)对城中村、近郊、远郊的农户响应行为影响强度最大的分别是样本村社距离、使用权流转形式、文化程度。Based on 348 questionnaires about the reform of "Three Rights Separation" of homestead, this paper takes Liuyang City as research area and explores the rules of regional differentiation of farmers’ response behavior from three aspects: support rate, participation willingness and satisfaction. It analyzes the influencing factors of farmers’ response degree using ordered Probit model, the results showed that: 1) The response of the farmers is good and shows the characteristics of inverse-distance attenuation from the city center,the near suburb to the far suburb. 2) The factors that have positive and significant effects on the overall response of farmers are the increase of income, the willingness of policy propaganda,the overall effect of reform,and the form of circulation of the right. Gender,family’s annual income,the source of housing land,the distance of sample village,the choice of compensation mechanism,education level,the degree of policy understanding and the expectation of life change have significant negative impact on the overall response of farmers. 3) The most influential factors on the response behavior of farmers in urban village,near suburb and far suburb are the distance of the sample village community,the transfer form of the right of use,and the degree of education.
