摘 要:针对啤酒灌装机贮液缸液位系统控制过程中存在的时变性、滞后性、非线性等问题,提出了一种基于双模糊PID的贮液缸液位系统控制算法.首先,分析了贮液缸液位系统控制原理,并对此进行数学建模.其次,设计了双模糊PID控制算法,分别建立了粗调、精调模糊控制器及模糊规则表,并在液位系统的误差处于不同范围时能自动切换对其控制,以此对PID进行精确的参数整定.最后,搭建了液位系统仿真实验,实验结果表明:模糊PID的性能要优于PID,而双模糊PID在模糊PID的基础上更好地优化了其性能,提高了液位系统的精度、鲁棒性以及响应速度.Aiming at the problems of time-varying,hysteresis and non-linearity in the liquid level system control process of liquid storage tanks in beer filling machines,a control algorithm for the liquid level system of liquid storage tanks based on double fuzzy PID is proposed.First,the control principle of the liquid level system of liquid storage tanks is analyzed,and mathematical modeling on this is carried out.Secondly,a double fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed,the coarse-tuning and the fine-tuning fuzzy controllers are set and fuzzy rule tables are established respectively.The control can be automatically switched when the error of the liquid level system is in different ranges,so as to accurately tune the parameters of the PID.Finally,a simulation experiment of the liquid level system is conducted.The experimental results show that the performance of fuzzy PID is better than that of PID,and the performance of double fuzzy PID is more optimized than that of fuzzy PID,with improved accuracy,robustness and response speed of the liquid level system.
