针灸结合电刺激疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者吞咽功能障碍及运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸结合电刺激疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者吞咽功能障碍及运动功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年5月至2019年8月本院收治60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用针灸疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合采用电刺激疗法。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后各项临床指标及运动功能情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FAC、10 mWT、FAM均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,TUGT低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合电刺激疗法治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者疗效显著,可有效改善患者吞咽困难障碍,促进运动功能恢复,且安全性高,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture and electrical stimulation on swallowing dysfunction and motor function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with poststroke hemiplegia from May 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control groups and observation group according to randomly number table methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used acupuncture therapy,and the observation group combined with electrostimulation therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the clinical indicators and sports function before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FAC,10 m WT and FAM in both groups were higher than before treatment,observation group was higher than control group,TUGT was lower than before treatment and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion with stroke can effectively improve dysphagia,promote motor recovery,and have high safety,which deserve clinical promotion.
