应用显微外科技术治疗甲根部血管球瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用显微外科技术治疗甲根部血管球瘤的临床疗效。方法 2015年7月-2019年6月,共收治14例甲根部血管球瘤患者,均存在甲下触痛及冷刺激敏感,术前标记瘤体位置,应用显微外科技术行肿瘤切除并修复甲床、甲基质,门诊随访观察手术效果。结果所有肿瘤组织经病理证实为血管球瘤,12例获得门诊随访,随访时间10~35个月,平均20.6个月,随访病例均未复发,患指甲板光滑,指甲生长速度较对侧手指无明显差别。结论采用显微外科技术可以彻底切除肿瘤,精确修复甲床、甲基质,术后指甲外观良好,复发率低,是治疗甲根部血管球瘤的一种可靠方法。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of microsurgical technique on the treatment of the nail root glomus tumor.Methods Fourteen patients with glomus tumor were admitted from July 2015 to June 2019,all patients had subungual pain and the sensitivity for cold stimulation.Marked the site of tumor before operation,removed the tumor and repaired the nail bed and nail matrix with microscope.The outcome of operation was followed-up at outpatient.Results The pathological results of all patients were glomus tumor.12 patients were followed-up at outpatient for 10 to 35 months and the average was 20.6 months.There was no recurrence in all patients,the nail plates were smoothly and the growth rate of nails was not significantly different with the contralateral fingers.Conclusion Using microsurgical technique can remove the glomus tumor completely,repaire the nail bed and nail matrix accurately,and has lower rate of postoperative recurrence,it is a reliable method for treat the glomus tumor of the nail root.
