摘　　要：大肠癌是众多恶性癌症之一。从我国2003-2007年[1]、2013年[2]以及2015年[3]3次结直肠癌调查报告不难发现,结直肠癌发病率呈逐渐上升趋势。据2018癌症报告统计,结直肠癌新发病例37.6万例,死亡病例19.1万例,发病率和死亡率在全部恶性肿瘤中排名第3和第5位。我国成为全球结直肠癌每年新发病例数和死亡病例数最多的国家[4]。大肠癌是美国第3大常见癌症,有年轻化趋势[5]。Colon cancer is one of the many malignant tumors in my country,and its incidence is gradually increasing.Colon adenoma is a recognized precancerous lesion of colon cancer.Treatment and prevention of colon adenoma have become an important link in reducing the incidence of cancer.At present,there is no good medicine for the treatment and prevention of colon adenomas,and most of them are endoscopic resection.After reviewing the literature,it is found that the clinical effects of endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps are mostly observed in the existing studies.There are relatively few studies on the prevention of recurrence by western medicine after surgery,and related drugs have not been put into clinical application due to their own side effects.Research on the prevention of recurrence by traditional Chinese medicine More,with very good results.There are many factors that affect the onset of colon adenoma.The author will summarize the common factors closely related to life,so as to jointly monitor and prevent,sort out the recent progress in drug research at home and abroad,understand the risks of endoscopic resection,and evade the published preventive glands.A review of postoperative recurrence of tumors to check for omissions,and to grasp the progress of prevention of postoperative recurrence of colon adenoma.
