摘 要:学校体育使命是学校体育发展目标制定和教育教学的指导思想和出发点,是学校体育行动的指南,是人们对学校体育应有价值的判断、追求和选择。它是有关学校体育是什么,学校体育应该干什么的理性审视和基本看法,它决定了学校体育的定位和发展方向。因此,在新时代我国"核心素养"理念被提出之后,首先应思考发展学生核心素养理念与学校体育使命的关系和影响问题。只有当这一基本问题达成共识后,才会形成较为统一的话语体系。这也是研究"核心素养"理念具体性操作问题的基础。研究者认为,发展学生核心素养理念对新时代学校体育的使命提出了三个方面的要求:兼顾全球视野与本土元素,并重个体成长与社会需要和统筹学科目标与教育整体目标。而为了达成发展学生核心素养背景下新时代学校体育的使命,需从体育课程的深化改革、体育教师的专业发展和学校体育的制度保障三个途径予以保障。The mission of school physical education is the guiding ideology and starting point of the development goal setting of school physical education as well as education and teaching,is the guide of school physical education action,and is the judgment,pursuit and choice of the value of school physical education.It is a rational examination and basic view about what school physical education is and what school physical education should do.It determines the orientation and development direction of school physical education.Therefore,in the new era when the concept of"core literacy"has been put forward in China,we should first consider the relationship and influence between the development of students’core literacy concept and school sports mission.Only when a consensus is reached on this basic issue,can a more unified discourse system be formed,which is also the basis of studying the concrete operation of the concept of"core literacy".Researchers believe that the development of students’core literacy concept puts forward three requirements for the mission of school physical education in the new era,namely,taking into account the global vision and local elements,paying equal attention to individual growth and social needs,and coordinating discipline objectives and overall education objectives.In order to achieve the mission of school physical education in the new era under the background of developing students’core literacy,it needs to be guaranteed from deepening reform of physical education curriculum,the professional development of physical education teachers and the institutional guarantee of school physical education.
