摘  要:为了提高试验结果的可靠性,以影响路用混凝土抗折强度的砂率、粉煤灰和减水剂掺量3个因素为例,进行正交设计和响应面设计来对比2种方法在试验设计与性能优化方面的差异。结果表明,正交设计和响应面设计都可得到最优工艺参数,其中正交设计是以较少的试验次数得到给定水平组合的最优条件,而响应面设计得到的最优工艺条件不再局限于给定水平的组合,准确度也有所提高,而且还能对性能进行预测。In order to improve the reliability of test results,the sand ratio,fly ash and water reducing agent content which affect the flexural strength of pavement-concrete were taken as examples.The difference between the orthogonal design and response surface design in the experimental design and performance optimization was compared in this paper.The results show that both the orthogonal design and the response surface design could obtain the optimal process parameters.The orthogonal design was to obtain the optimal conditions of a given level combination with less number of experiments;but the optimal conditions obtained by response surface design method was no longer limited to the combination of given level,so the accuracy was relatively high,and it could also predict the performance.
