摘 要:城市中的老旧建筑承受进一步变形和不均匀沉降的能力较差,在盾构侧穿施工时存在安全隐患,特别是地质条件不佳的情况下施工风险极大,因此必须采用一定的加固措施保证建筑物的安全。以太原地铁2号线牛站西巷区间盾构侧穿公交公司家属楼工程为例,对盾构近距离侧穿建筑物引起的沉降及锚杆桩的加固作用进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:双线盾构隧道施工时,建筑物沉降和变形主要是邻近隧道开挖造成的;在施工条件受限的情况下,斜打锚杆桩能够明显降低双线盾构隧道施工中邻近隧道施工对建筑物的扰动;锚杆桩布设应靠近隧道,保持与地面较大夹角,这样才能充分发挥锚杆桩的加固作用。Old buildings in the city are poor in resisting further deformation and uneven settlement,and there would be potential safety hazards when the shield machine passes alongside them,causing especially high construction risk in adverse geological conditions,so reinforcing measures must be taken to ensure the safety of buildings.Taking the engineering of shield machine passing alongside bus company family building at Niuzhan West Lane interval of Taiyuan Metro Line 2,the settlement caused by the excavation passing alongside the old building at close range and the reinforcing effect of anchor piles are studied with numerical simulation.The results show that settlement and deformation of the building are mainly caused by the excavation of adjacent tunnel when the double-line shield tunnel is constructed;the oblique anchor piles can significantly reduce the disturbance to old buildings caused by excavation of adjacent tunnel in the double-line shield tunnel construction;in order to achieve good reinforcing effect,anchor piles should be set close to the tunnel and keep a large angle from the ground.
