摘　　要：江西物华天宝,孕育出包含红色文化、瓷文化、茶文化等中华优秀文化的江西特色文化。论文提出了江西特色文化融入陶瓷专业的“五融”人才培养路径,从教师队伍、课程体系、社团活动、创新创业、社会服务等领域,着力提高人才培养实效。Jiangxi is rich in natural resources,which breeds Jiangxi characteristic culture including red culture,porcelain culture,tea culture and other excellent Chinese culture.This paper puts forward the"five integration"talent training path of Jiangxi characteristic culture into ceramic major,and focuses on improving the effectiveness of talent training from the aspects of teachers,curriculum system,community activities,innovation and entrepreneurship,social services and other fields.
