摘　　要：目的探讨人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)阴性喉鳞状细胞癌中基质金属酶9(MMP-9)的表达特征。方法收集2016年1月-2020年12月于我院住院治疗的新发HPV阴性喉鳞状细胞癌病例的肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织标本,提取DNA及RNA,检测组织标本中的HPV DNA以及MMP-9表达量,分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果109例患者均经病理确诊为HPV阴性喉鳞状细胞癌;MMP-9在肿瘤组织中的表达量高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);颈部淋巴结转移的HPV阴性喉鳞状细胞癌的MMP-9表达量高于无颈部淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MMP-9在HPV阴性喉鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中扮演重要角色,尤其是其可能影响患者的肿瘤细胞转移,有望为喉癌的治疗提供新思路。Objective To investigate the expression pattern of matrix metallopeptidase-9(MMP-9)in human papillomavirus(HPV)negative laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues of new cases of HPV negative laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were collected.DNA and RNA were extracted,and HPV DNA and MMP-9 expression in tissue samples were detected.The relationship between HPV DNA and MMP-9 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.Results A total of 109 patients were diagnosed with HPV negative laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma by pathology.The expression of MMP-9 in tumor tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-9 in HPV negative laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with cervical lymph node metastasis was higher than that in patients without cervical lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MMP-9 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of HPV negative laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,especially its possible influence on tumor cell metastasis,which is expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of laryngeal carcinoma.
