摘  要:试验以烟草品系JY-02-03为试材,研究不同密度与钾素用量对烟叶化学成分、物理特性及中性香气物质的影响。结果表明:随着密度增大,产量的变化为先升后降,以16530株/hm_(2)水平最高,上等烟比例呈减小趋势,以15150株/hm_(2)水平最高。随着施钾量增大,产量与上等烟比例均升高,均以288.75 kg/hm_(2)水平最高。随着密度增大,总氮、烟碱、钾和氯含量先增后降,蛋白质、还原糖及总糖含量先降后增。随着施钾量增大,还原糖及总糖含量先增后降,总氮、烟碱和钾含量增高,氯和蛋白质含量先降后增。种植密度和施钾量及其两者互作对中性致香物质总量均有显著影响。中性香气物质总量随着种植密度的增加呈先增后降的趋势,以16530株/hm_(2)水平最高,随着施钾量的增加呈升高的趋势,以288.75 kg/hm_(2)水平最高。综合比较,种植密度16530株/hm_(2)与施钾量288.75 kg/hm_(2)的组合其烟叶香气总量最高、可用性强、化学成分最协调。Tobacco variety strain JY-02-03 was used as the experimental material to investigate the effects of planting density and potassium amount on chemical composition,physical characteristics,and neutral aroma substances of tobacco leaves.The results showed that the yield of tobacco firstly increased and then decreased with increasing the planting density and reached the maximum at a density of 16530 plants/ha;conversely,the rate of first-class tobacco decreased with increasing the planting density and the highest rate was at a density of 15150 plants/ha.With increasing of planting density,the contents of total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium,and chlorinein tobacco leaves were increased firstly and then decreased,whereas the contents of protein,reducing sugar,and total sugar were decreased firstly and then increased.Furthermore,with increasing the potassium amount,the contents of reducing sugar and total sugar increased firstly and then decreased,the contents of total nitrogen,nicotine,and potassium continuously increased,and the contents of chlorine and protein decreased firstly and then increased.Planting density and potassium amount affected total amount of neutral aromatic substances and had an interaction between both factors;the total amount of neutral aromatic substances increased firstly and then decreased with increasing planting density and increased with increasing the potassium amount,and reached the highest at a density of 16,530 plants/ha and potassium of 288.75 kg/ha.By comprehensive comparison,the aroma,availability,and chemical composition of tobacco leaves were favorable at a planting density of 16530 plants/ha and potassiumof 288.75 kg/ha.
