东沽港中幡的困境与发展对策探析

摘　　要：作为省级非物质文化遗产,东沽港中幡具有自身艺术和组织特色。但由于自身发展的局限以及外在因素的影响,目前它的生存状况堪忧。要扭转这种困境,就需要发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用和政府"有形手"的调控作用,充分利用乡村振兴战略等各种有利因素,内外合力,多措并举,努力促进这一"非遗"项目的振兴。As a provincial intangible cultural heritage,the Donggugamg Zhongfan fair has its own artistic and organizational characteristics.However,due to the limitations of its own development and the influence of external factors,its current state of existence is worrying.To reverse this predicament,it is necessary to give play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources and the government′s"visible hand"control role,make full use of various favorable factors such as the rural revitalization strategy,and work together internally and externally to take multiple measures to promote revitalization of the Donggugang Zhongfan"Intangible Cultural Heritage"project.
