《普通话异读词审音表(修订稿)》探微

摘　　要：教育部委托课题“普通话审音原则制定及《普通话异读词审音表》修订”已于2016年4月20日召开鉴定会,并通过结题鉴定,但时至今日修订版仍未正式公布。从研究结论看,审音过程本身仍有许多疑问,从原则到个案,都有难以自洽之处;从社会舆情看,审音结果引起了广泛的讨论,争议不断。可见,审音工作应在开展广泛语言调查的基础上慎重选择审音对象,尊重语言使用习惯,考虑社会接受程度,并做好应对社会舆情的充分预案,同时强化《普通话异读词审音表》的法定地位。The project commissioned by the Ministry of Education,“The formulation of the principles of examining the pronunciation of mandarin Chinese and the revision of The List of Words with Different Pronunciations in Mandarin Chinese”,was appraised and concluded on the meeting held on April 20,2016.But as of today,the newly revised edition of The List of Words with Different Pronunciations in Mandarin Chinese has not been officially announced.After a careful review of the existing relevant research findings,we believe that,first,there are still many problems in the process of auditing itself,from the principle to the individual case,which are hardly consistent;second,from the perspective of public opinions,the results of the review have aroused extensive discussion and constant controversy.Our recommendations are to carefully select the subjects of pronunciation examination on the basis of broad language survey with full respect for the habits and acceptance of language users,make full plans to deal with public opinions and establish the legal status of The List of Words with Different Pronunciations in Mandarin Chinese.
