摘　　要：[目的]为了开展尕力巴牛在榆中县的适应性研究。[方法]从甘南州夏河县引进20头尕力巴牛,分别以尾菜青贮料和以全株玉米青贮料为粗料开展了为期100 d的育肥试验,通过增重性能、屠宰性能及肌肉营养价值测定。[结果]表明:育肥期日增重分别为0.85 kg和0.71 kg,屠宰率分别为53.11%和56.36%,牛肉pH值正常,肉色鲜艳,保水性能强,肌肉较韧,粗蛋白含量平均为22.035%,肌内脂肪1.085%,育肥经济效益显著。[结论]说明在榆中县进行尕力巴牛夏季育肥是可行的。[Objective]In order to carry out the adaptive research of Galiba cattle in Yuzhong county.[Method]The 20 Galiba cattle was introduced from Xiahe county of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.The fattening experiment were carried out for 100 days with vegetable silage and whole corn silage as coarse fodder,and weight gain performance,slaughter performance and nutritional quality of muscle were measured.[Result]The results showed that the daily gain was 0.85 kg and 0.71 kg,and the slaughter rate was 53.11%and 56.36%,respectively.The pH value of the beef was normal,and the meat color was bright.The water retention performance was strong and the muscle was tough.The average crude protein content was 22.035%and the intramuscular fat was 1.085%.The economic benefit of fattening was remarkable.[Conclusion]Our results indicated that it is feasible to fatten Galiba cattle in summer in Yuzhong county.
