谈《外科学》Colles骨折的表述存疑

摘　　要：Colles(克雷氏)骨折即伸直型桡骨远端骨折,为临床最多发的骨折病种。我国本科教材《外科学》对此病种的诊疗表述存在着诸多疑点:远折端的移位方向主次颠倒、近折端向掌侧移位不实、正位图征闭门造车虚构、手法复位顺序和复位方向有误、石膏外固定表述不清、手术切口单一片面:治疗方法总体上缺乏多样性,尤其把小夹板疗法删除。就涉及问题提出商榷,以期明辨是非,贴切临床实际,从而切实担当起科学、规范引导临床行为的先进性表率作用。Colles(Crays)fracture is the distal radius fracture,which is the most common clinical fracture.But there are many queries of it in the Chinese textbook:Surgery.For example,reversed distal fracture displacement,inaccurate proximal fracture displacement towards palmaris,fictive orthotopic picture,incorrect reposition order and direction,vague plaster external fixation,unspecific surgical incision,no diverse treatments available,especially no introduction of small splints therapy.This paper aims to discuss these clinical-related queries to offer a scientific and standardized guidance for clinical practice.
