摘  要:洗煤厂使用的跳汰机均存在排料煤质差、灰分多、精煤浪费严重等的问题,以白龙洗煤厂为研究对象,采用非线性的模型关系的模糊算法为媒介,通过实时测量水位与床层高度差,通过模糊控制器将实际差值与理论值进行对比,控制排料电机转速,加快或者降低转速,调节排料速度,将跳汰室内的比例维持在最佳状态,提高精煤的质量,降低灰分的比例,增加企业的洗选效率。The jig used in coal preparation plant has the problems of poor quality of discharge coal,too much ash and serious waste of clean coal.Taking Bailong Coal Preparation Plant as the research object,using the fuzzy algorithm of nonlinear model relationship as the medium,through the real-time measurement of the difference between water level and bed height,the actual difference is compared with the theoretical value by fuzzy controller to control the speed of discharge motor,accelerate or reduce the speed,and adjust the speed of discharge.Keep the proportion of jigging room in the best condition,improve the quality of clean coal,reduce the proportion of ash,and increase the washing efficiency of enterprises.
