摘 要:将物理化学的基本原理与材料学基础知识结合起来,开发了一个新的电化学方面的实验项目。模拟钢筋在混凝土中所处的碱性环境,以钢筋作为研究电极,以饱和氢氧化钙溶液为电解液,采用通二氧化碳的方法调节溶液pH值,用添加氯化钠方法调节溶液的盐度,通过测定阳极极化曲线,研究了模拟混凝土体系pH、Cl^(-)对钢筋的腐蚀和钝化成膜的影响,探讨了该实验用于本科教学所取得的教学效果。By combining the principles of physical chemistry and the basic knowledge of materials science,a new electrochemical experiment was introduced in this paper.To simulate the alkaline environment of rebar in concrete,rebar was used as the research electrode and the saturated calcium hydroxide solution as the electrolyte.The pH value of the solution was adjusted by means of introducing carbon dioxide as well as the salinity adjusted with the addition of sodium chloride.By measuring the anodic polarization curve,the effects of pH and Cl^(-)on the corrosion and passivation film formation of rebar in a simulated concrete system were studied.This paper also discussed the teaching effect of this experiment in undergraduate teaching.
