摘　　要：由于学科的快速发展与传统实验教学模式不匹配、实验开展受到局限以及实体实验成本高,因此依托吉林大学生物国家级实验教学示范中心建设虚拟仿真项目显得尤为重要。按照“虚实结合、能实勿虚”的实验教学原则构建了吉林大学生物学虚拟仿真实验教学管理平台。阐述了生物实验教学与虚拟仿真结合的必要性、特殊性、意义以及展望,并且其应用效果能够提升学生实验效率,为省内高校提供共享资源,推动实验教学信息化发展。Due to the mismatch between the rapid development of the subject and the traditional experimental teaching mode,the limitation of experimental development and the high cost of physical experiment,it is particularly important to build a virtual simulation project relying on the national biological experimental teaching demonstration center of Jilin University.According to the experimental teaching principle of“combining virtual reality with reality,can be real but not virtual”,we construct the virtual simulation experiment teaching management platform of Jilin University.This paper expounds the necessity,particularity,significance and prospect of the combination of biological experiment teaching and virtual simulation,and its application effect can improve the experimental efficiency of students,provide shared resources for colleges and universities in the province,and promote the development of experimental teaching informatization.
