摘 要:采用CFD方法对微型燃气轮机蒸发管燃烧室进行结构设计和流场分析,采用试验方法进行验证,主要考查设计点状态下的燃烧效率、压力损失、燃烧室出口温度场分布不均匀系数FOTD与出口温度场径向不均匀度FRTD。对比分析燃烧室出口温度的CFD与试验结果,二者吻合较好。试验表明:该燃烧室燃烧效率为99.6%,压力损失为4.3%,出口温度平均后的FOTD为0.102,FRTD为0.067。The structure design and flow field analysis of a vaporizing combustor in the micro-gas turbine was studied by the CFD method,and the result was validated by the experiment.The parameters as combustion efficiency,pressure loss,factor of outlet temperature distribution(FOTD)and factor of radial temperature distribution(FRTD)were surveyed at the design point.Compared with the FOTD and FRTD between CFD and experiment,they were almost in the same level and tendency.The result showed that the combustion efficiency was 99.6%,pressure loss was 4.3%,FOTD was 0.102 and FRTD was 0.067 with an average value of temperature at outlet.
