摘 要:理想的管理应是一个不断修己以安人成仁的人性提升历程;重视德行的感化与精神制导作用;得“道”的管理应该尊重与致力于实现人的主体性,坚持自我管理与服务型管理理念。对《论语》所蕴涵的道本管理思想的阐释,实质上赓续传统文化“接着讲下去”的思路,是对“传统儒家文化具有先进的管理思想因子”论断的具体诠释,说明传统优秀文化思想与现代先进的管理思想理念完全能够对接。The ideal management should be a process of promoting human nature by constantly improving oneself in order to comfort others into benevolence;attach importance to the influence of virtue and spiritual guidance;the management of"Taoism"should respect and devote itself to the realization of human subjectivity and adhere to the concept of self-management and service-oriented management.The interpretation of the Taoist management thought contained in the Analects of Confucius is essentially a concrete interpretation of the conclusion that"the traditional Confucian culture has advanced management ideological factors".It shows that the excellent traditional culture can be completely connected with the modern advanced management ideas.
