摘 要:煤炭是我国的主要能源之一,薄煤层的开发越发得到重视。着重讨论了薄煤层工作面上刮板输送机的相关问题,围绕我国薄煤层刮板输送机的发展历史,提出了有关高产、超长工作面、低采高工作面等3个方面的主要问题,指出刮板输送机改进的应对策略,构建井下5G技术生态以实现工作面的高产;通过更新迭代传动部件和减少刮板输送机的弯曲段弯度,实现刮板输送机在薄煤层超长工作面的应用;降低采煤机和刮板输送机的配套使用高度,优化刮板输送机结构以适应低采高作业环境,解决刮板机的相关问题。As one of the main energy sources in China, the development of thin coal seams is getting more and more attention. The related issues of the scraper conveyor on the thin coal seam working face was discussed. Based on the development history of the thin coal scraper conveyor in China, three main problems related to high production, super long working face and low mining height working face were put forward. The countermeasures for the improvement of the scraper conveyor were pointed out, and the construction of the underground 5 G technology ecology was used to achieve high productivity in the working face. By updating the iterative transmission components and reducing the curvature of the curved section of the scraper conveyor, the scraper application of conveyors in ultra-long working faces of thin coal seams was realized, the height of the supporting use of shearers and scraper conveyors was reduced, the structure of scraper conveyors to adapt to the low mining height operating environment was optimized, and the related problems of scraper conveyors were solved.
