摘  要:氢能是一种清洁能源,被誉为21世纪最有前途的绿色能源,随着氢燃料电池技术的发展,逐步在城市公共交通方面得到了应用,其中佛山高明现代有轨电车示范线是以氢能源为动力的有轨电车,于2019年12月成功投入商业运营。阐述了高明氢能源有轨电车项目特点,重点探讨了其日常维保修程、工艺布局及流程、维保模式及人员配置等,结合现场维保经验提出日常维保过程中氢气防爆要求,最后介绍了维保实施情况并给出了建议,为行业类似项目提供参考。Hydrogen energy is a kind of clean energy,which is known as the most promising green energy in the 21 st century. With the development of hydrogen fuel cell technology,it has been gradually applied in urban public transportation. Foshan Gaoming modern tram is the first powered by hydrogen energy in China,and in successful commercial operation in December 2019. The characteristics of Foshan Gaoming Line was described,and focused on the daily maintenance process,maintenance process layout and process,maintenance mode and personnel allocation,etc.,according to the field maintenance experience,the requirements for hydrogen explosion-proof in the daily maintenance process were put forward,and the maintenance implementation and suggestions were introduced,which provided reference for similar projects.
