组织行为学视域下的近代广西旅游演进规律的历史透视(1912—1949)

摘　　要：从组织行为学视域来看,近代广西旅游的历史演进是一个循序渐进的过程。就内容而言,是一个六维框架体系,旅游主体从以官僚士子为主体向以普通百姓和文人学子为主导转变;旅游资源开发建设从盲目无序向规范有序推进;旅游组织形式由结伴旅游向集团旅游嬗变;旅游流向由国内旅游向国内国际旅游并重转变;旅游景点布局由点轴线性态向多元复合态演进;旅游工具由传统向传统和现代交织并存递嬗。From the perspective of organizational behavior, the historical evolution of modern tourism in Guangxi is a gradual process.As far as content is concerned, it is a six-dimensional framework system, in which the tourism subject has changed from bureaucrat and scholar as the main body to ordinary people and scholars as the leading part, the development and construction of tourism resources are advancing from blind disorder to standard and order, the form of tourism organization is changing from companionship tourism to group tourism, the flow of tourism is changing from domestic tourism to both domestic tourism and international tourism, the layout of tourist attractions evolves from the point axis state to the multiple complex state, and the travelling means evolves from traditional means to both the traditional means and modern means.
