摘 要:阐述后车门外板面畸变缺陷出现的典型位置,构建全工序分析有限元模型,对后车门外板成形过程进行全工序分析。通过斑马线及油石分析对模拟结果进行后处理,对成形后制件面畸变缺陷进行评价,并对面畸变缺陷位置进行模面强压处理。对比调试件面畸变缺陷与理论分析结果,分析了不同摩擦条件下面畸变缺陷预测情况:缺陷位置及范围发生变化,抽样点缺陷值在-16.3%~28.6%内波动,后续需要研究材料参数波动、摩擦模型的选择及模具状态的合理设置等,进一步提高成形模拟对表面质量缺陷预测的准确性。The typical positions of the area distortion defects of the rear door outer panel were described,and the finite element model for whole process was built and analyzed.The zebra-line and oilstone were used as post-processing to analyze the simulation result,the area distortion defects of the formed-part were evaluated,and the die surface refinement treatment was carried out on the positions with area distortion defect.Compared the area distortion defect result of tryout and theoretical,the area distortion defect under different friction conditions were predicted.The location and range of the area distortion defects were changed,and the defect values of sampling points fluctuated from-16.3%to 28.6%.It is necessary to further study the material parameter fluctuation,the selection of friction model,and the reasonable setting of die state in order to further improve the accuracy of cosmetic distortion defect prediction in forming simulation.
