摘  要:中国共产党创建的思想政治工作“生命线”理论,在思想政治教育学基本理论中被抽象为关于思想政治教育地位和功能的“生命线”原理,主要指思想政治教育这一社会实践活动在宏观社会结构和微观个体发展中所具有的“首位”地位、“引领”“凝聚”作用和“保证”功能。马克思主义人学理论、社会存在与社会意识辩证关系原理和社会主义意识形态建设等理论是它的哲学依据。新时代它在以创新理论强化“引领”,以核心价值强化“凝聚”,以制度创新强化“保证”3方面得到了创新性发展,伴随中国共产党成立百年的不懈实践探索和理论升华,成为新时代思想政治教育学理论创新的渊薮和契机。The“lifeline”ideological and political theory proposed by the Communist Party of China can be boilded down to the“lifeline”principle about the status and function of ideological and political education within the basic thearetrcal frame work of ideological and political education.It mainly indicates that ideological and political education as the social practice in the macro social structure and micro-individual development has should be prioritized as it leads,consolidates and guarantees the intended audience.Marxist theory of humanity,the principle of dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness,and the theory of socialist ideology construction are its philosophical basis.In the New Era,it has been innovatively developed in three aspects:“leadership”strengthened with innovative theories,“cohesion”strengthened with core values,and“guarantee”strengthened with institutional innovation.Accompanying the unremitting practical exploration and theoretical sublimation of the Communist Party of China in its centenary,it has become the fountainhead and the opportunity for theoretical innovation in ideological and political pedagogy to emerge in the New Era.
