摘  要:依照国家新工科建设要求培养制造业人才,围绕“思想引领、知识传授、能力提升”三位一体的课程建设目标,开发了高分子材料注塑成型模具的安装与调试虚拟仿真实验教学系统,实现了仿真教学平台资源的开放共享。针对原有的现场教学具有的高成本、高风险、低效率等固有缺陷,本实验教学系统采用以结果为导向的自主式实验教学方法,极大拓展了学习资源和空间,丰富了学习模式,排除了工程实践中存在较高安全隐患及易造成重大损失的潜在危险,弥补了实践类课程的操作性不足,培养了学生解决高分子材料注塑成型生产过程中复杂工程问题的能力。According to the national new engineering construction requirements of training manufacturing talents,a virtual simulation experiment teaching system for the installation and debugging of polymer injection molding has been developed,which is centering on the three-in-one curriculum construction points of"ideological guidance,knowledge transfer,and ability improvement."This system has opened the sharing of simulation teaching platform resources.Because of the inherent shortcomings of traditional on-site teaching such as high cost,high risk,low efficiency,etc.,this experimental teaching system adopts the result-oriented autonomous practical teaching method,which dramatically expands learning resources and space enriches the learning mode.It eliminates the potential dangers of high safety hazards and significant losses in engineering practice,makes up for the lack of operability of practical courses,and cultivates the ability of students to solve complex engineering problems in the production process of polymer injection molding.
