砭石疗法联合改良型面部表情操治疗面神经炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察砭石疗法联合改良型面部表情操治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将100例符合纳入标准的急性期周围性面神经炎(风寒证)患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予砭石疗法联合改良型面部表情操治疗。对比两组治疗前后面神经功能评分、FacE评分,并进行疗效比较。结果治疗后,两组面神经功能评分、FacE评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,辅以砭石疗法联合改良型面部表情操治疗急性期周围性面神经炎(风寒证),有利于面神经功能恢复,提高患者生存质量。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of stone needle therapy combined with modified facial expression exercises on facial neuritis. Methods:According to the random number table method,100 patients with acute wind-cold peripheral facial neuritis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received stone needle therapy combined with modified facial expression exercises on the basis of the control group. The neurological function scores and FacE scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy was compared. Results:After treatment,the facial nerve function scores and FacE scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05);the clinical efficacy of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,stone needle therapy combined with modified facial expression exercises for treating acute wind-cold peripheral facial neuritis is beneficial to the recovery of facial nerve function and improving the quality of life of patients.
