摘  要:某耐久车在路试过程中,发现怠速工况存在高频异响。通过整车摸底测试及声源定位等分析手段查找噪声源,判定为缸盖罩壳体的PCV阀,因其内部阀体磨损而引起气体的通过流量较大,导致该高频异响。后续对其阀体材料进行优化,增加耐酸性保证零部件的正常功效,降低异响问题的产生,以提升整车怠速声品质性能。During the road test of a durable vehicle,it was found that there was high frequency abnormal sound in the idle speed condition.Through the vehicle test and sound source positioning analysis method,the noise source was found and determined to be the PCV valve of the cylinder head cover shell.Because of the wear of its internal valve body,the gas flow rate was large,leading to the high frequency sound.Subsequently,the material was optimized to increase the acidity to ensure the normal function of the parts and raduce the occurrence of abnormal sound problems,so as to improve the sound quality and performance of the vehicle.
