摘  要:作为肿瘤有效治疗方法的核素靶向治疗正快速发展。在核素靶向治疗中,可利用发射β射线或α射线的核素标记靶向探针。与β射线相比,α射线传能线密度高,能更有效地破坏DNA,彻底杀灭肿瘤细胞;同时其组织穿透距离短,能减少对正常组织的损伤。近年来α射线核素正越来越多地用于肿瘤核素靶向治疗,不同α射线核素标记的探针已应用于血液系统恶性疾病、神经内分泌肿瘤、前列腺癌及黑色素瘤等的治疗。该文综述了各种α射线核素及其标记探针在肿瘤核素治疗中的进展。As an effective treatment for tumor,the radionuclide targeting therapy is developing rapidly.Radionuclides producedβray orαray can be used for labeling tumor targeting probes.Compared withβray,αray has higher linear energy transfer,which can destroy DNA more effectively and kill tumor cells thoroughly.Besides,the tissue penetration distance ofαray is short,which can reduce the damage to normal tissue.In recent years,αray radionuclides are more and more used in tumor targeted therapy.A variety of probes have been labeled with differentαray radionuclides and used in the treatment of hematological malignancies,neuroendocrine neoplasms,prostate cancer,melanoma,etc.This article summarizes the progress ofαray radionuclides and their labeled probes in tumor treatment.
