摘  要:“新农科”建设为地方高校设施农业科学与工程专业发展带来了机遇和挑战。该文针对当前设施农业科学与工程专业人才培养过程中存在的培养目标不能满足社会需求、学生适应能力差、解决生产实际问题能力不强、教学内容滞后和教学方法单一等问题,提出了更新人才培养理念、优化课程结构体系、加强实践教学和创新创业教育、改进教学方法和考核方式、改善师资队伍等改革措施,以期为现代农业和农村发展需要的“知农爱农”高素质复合应用型人才培养提供借鉴。The construction of“New Agricultural Science”has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of facility agricultural science and engineering specialty.In view of the problems existing in the talents training process of facility agricultural science and engineering,such as the training objectives which cannot meet the social needs,the students′poor adaptability,the weak ability to solve practical production problems,the lagging teaching content and the single teaching method,etc.In this paper reform measures such as updating talent training concepts,optimizing the curriculum structure system,strengthening practical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education,improving teaching methods and assessment methods,and improving the teaching staff are proposed in order to provide reference for the cultivation of high-quality compound application talents with agri-science-trained and agriculture-loving who are required by modern agriculture and rural development.
