摘　　要：本文报道1例亲子鉴定中男性个体Amelogenin基因座仅检出Amel-Y等位基因,未检出Amel-X等位基因的案例,并就其发生的原因以及对法医物证鉴定工作的影响进行探讨。This paper reports a case of paternity test in which only amel-y allele was detected in male individual amelogenin locus, but no amel-x allele was detected, and discusses the causes of the occurrence and its impact on forensic identification.
