外部环境动荡性与代工企业国内国际双循环——双元创新的中介效应

摘　　要：外部环境的动荡性对中国传统的代工企业带来了前所未有的挑战,代工企业迫切需要改变过度依赖海外市场的局面,努力在国内、国际两个市场上同时寻求发展的机会和成长的空间,实施国内国际双循环。文章在理论分析并提出假设的基础上,利用176家代工企业的样本数据进行了实证研究,结果显示,外部环境动荡性对代工企业开展国内国际双循环存在显著的正向影响,而双元创新在外部环境动荡性与代工企业开展国内国际双循环之间发挥了部分中介效应。研究丰富和发展了微观层面上有关国内国际双循环的理论,对于代工企业在动荡的外部环境中通过加强双元创新实施双循环也具有重要的实践指导意义。External environmental turbulence brought unprecedent challenges to Chinese traditional subcontracting enterprises and they have to seek for developing opportunities and spaces both in domestic and international markets,achieve the domestic and internat-ional dual circulation,instead of highly,even totally depending on foreign markets.After theoretical analyzing and proposing hypotheses,we conduct and empirical study based on 176 samples.The result shows that the external environmental turbulence has significant posi-tive effect on the domestic and international dual circulation of subcontracting enterprises,while ambidexterity partially mediated the rel-ationship.This research riches and develops the dual circular theory from the micro-level and is very meaningful for subcontracting en-terprises to carry on dual circulation through strengthening ambidexterity.
