摘　　要：目的探讨安珂微创旋切术联合留置针冲洗引流治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的临床效果。方法将本院收治的90例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组在超声引导下行安珂微创旋切术联合留置针冲洗引流治疗,对照组行传统切开术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、住院时间、换药时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后24 h NRS评分低于对照组,手术切口长度小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的复发率低于对照组,QOL、乳房形态满意度评分及乳房形态优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安珂微创旋切术联合留置针冲洗引流治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎安全有效,可更好地保留乳房形态,值得临床推荐。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of EnCor minimally invasive rotary resection combined with indwelling needle irrigation and drainage in the treatment of non-lactation mastitis.Methods Ninety patients with non-lactating mastitis admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by different treatment methods,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with EnCor minimally invasive rotary resection combined with indwelling needle irrigation and drainage under the guidance of ultrasound,and the control group was treated with traditional incision.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,hospital stay,dressing change time and incision healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,the NRS score 24 h after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the surgical incision length was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the QOL,breast shape satisfaction scores and excellent and good rate of breast shape in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EnCor minimally invasive rotary resection combined with indwelling needle irrigation and drainage is safe and effective in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis,it can better preserve the breast shape,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
