重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果及复发率

摘　　要：目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果及复发率。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2020年8月本院收治的50例复发性口腔溃疡患者,依据治疗方法将其分为重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液联合康复新液治疗组(联合治疗组,25例)和单独康复新液治疗组(单独治疗组,25例)。比较两组的疼痛程度、心理状态、溃疡面积、临床疗效、溃疡疼痛持续时间、止痛时间、溃面愈合时间及复发情况。结果治疗后,联合治疗组的VAS、HAMA评分低于单独治疗组,溃疡面积小于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于单独治疗组的72.00%(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的溃疡疼痛持续时间、止痛起效时间、溃面愈合时间均显著短于单独治疗组,止痛维持时间显著长于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组的复发率为8.33%,显著低于单独治疗组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果显著,可降低复发率,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and recurrence rate of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor for external use,liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A retrospective selection of 50 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were divided into recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor for external use,liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid treatment group(combined treatment group,25 cases)and single Kangfuxin liquid treatment group(single treatment group,25 cases).The degree of pain,psychological state,ulcer area,clinical efficacy,duration of ulcer pain,pain relief time,healing time of ulcer and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS and HAMA scores in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group,and the ulcer area was smaller than that in the single treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.00%in the single treatment group(P<0.05).The duration of ulcer pain,analgesic onset time,and healing time of ulcer in the combined treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the single treatment group,and the duration of pain relief was significantly longer than that in the single treatment group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the combined treatment group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than 33.33%in the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor for external use,liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has a significant clinical effect,it can reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
